I am a gardner, and I am thrilled to hear that a new white rose has been created to celebrate the marriage of William and Catherine, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. As soon as I can find one of these roses, I will have it growing in my garden. This is a very sensitive tribute to this young couple..

Although we in South Africa will not be able to get any of this beautiful new ‘Royal” Rose, I just want to say I think it is really lovely and so fitting of the new royal couple William and Catherine.
