DECK ST PANCRAS STATION WITH A 33 FOOT TALL LEGO CHRISTMAS TREE! Now that is what you call THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT

Filed under: Christmas — tmooresr @ 2:28 am

Just imagine walking into  St Pancras Station and running into a 33 foot tall LEGO CHRISTMAS TREE. It is the largest LEGO structure ever built.  The immense tree has 400,000 individual BRICKS  and weighs 3 tons.  Any visitor to London during this holiday season has got to see this sight!  I just bought a new camera lens which extends about 2 1/2 feet beyond the camera (I am almost embarrassed to carry it!);  I think it will take all its power and capability to get the tree in one image!   Everything has to be “big and bigger” in these times or it just isn’t “cool” or “awesome.”  Well, this tree IS “cool” and “awesome”–for sure.  Don’t miss it.  Take the tube to St Pancras Station and have a big “peek.”  Wow!  400,000 individual bricks!  I have never seen a tree with that many needles except in Yosemite National Park! THIS LEGO TREE IS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF ST PANCRAS STATION.  I am sure Prince Albert who started the Christmas tree tradition in Britain would be A-MAZED!  Oh my goodness, the modern age:  computers, cell phones, ipods, and LEGOS!
