LONDON FROM THE BACK OF LUIS’S MOTORBIKE — I wonder if I will ever have that much fun again! — WE WERE FLYING THROUGH THE CITY LIKE BIRDS

There are events in our lives which measure up to expectations! It’s rare, but it does happen. When Cristina said that Luis had some time if I wanted to rip around London on the back of his motorbike, I dared myself to accept! I knew I wanted to have this experience because I have sat in London traffic for years wishing I were on the back of a passing bike. This morning, when I realized it was a week ago that Luis and I were having this magical experience, I smiled from ear to ear. Recently, Stephanie and I visited our friend June Gibson to play Scrabble. When we walked in her door, she burst out in laughter and mentioned that she couldn’t believe the images on the Blog of my seeing London from the back of a motorbike. What an experience it was! I wanted to go to Brick Lane, but I wanted to visit this area of London on a motorbike–I suppose it was a desire to fit in. I don’t know that I will ever have time to grow older; I am just having too much fun being young with adventurous people–right! On the back of their motorbikes. There were times on this ride when I just closed my eyes, pulled in my legs, and then peeked. THANK YOU SO MUCH, LUIS. I will never forget the fun! The ride and London both measured up to expectations; and, that is rare!
