John Swannell’s DIAMOND JUBILEE PORTRAIT of Queen Elizabeth II has been presented by Buckingham Palace. There is a great deal of symbolism in the portrait with the Queen covered in diamonds and with the Victoria Monument in the background. These are the only two British sovereigns to have reached a DIAMOND JUBILEE. Beautiful.
