In a recent article about the Diamond Jubilee postage stamps, it mentions that the Tsarevitch’s stamp album was brought to England after the massacre of the Tsar’s family and eventually given to the Queen. It is believe that the Album is in the Royal Collection.
Does anyone know anything about this fascinating story?
