Our visitors are met in the airport upon arrival, brought to the taxi, driven to their reserved property and helped with the luggage. The service is 55 pounds + tip from Heathrow. When I arrive at JFK in New York, I pay $100US to take me to Midtown, but I know it is a lot easier than taking all those buses. Today, I received an email from Ricardo who is our assistant manager in London who meets and greets people coming to our flats. He sent me the email shown below. I COULDN’T HAVE SAID IT BETTER. Besides, these fine people are our drivers, and they know all about us and our team. It is a careful team who understand what they are doing. (The London Connection earns no money from the driver pick-ups. You pay the drivers directly. It is the service which is important to us. After 30 years of doing this business, we know what we are doing!)
