IGHTHAM MOTE has been described as one of the most romantic, beautiful, and interesting moated manor houses in England. One of my readers sent these beautiful images so I could share them. Visitors to London usually one day outside the city. Windsor and Salisbury are generally the cities first time visitors select. But, perhaps on a second or third trip to these beautiful Isles, you might consider IGHTHAM MOTE. Isn’t it wonderful that there are those in our societies who spend their lives seeing that these splendid historic sites survive for later generations.
