Having wonderful “blogger friends” is so much fun. I have hundreds of friends whom I have never met. Often I receive photographs of individuals whom I have “gotten to know” because we exchange London information and history. I love these friends, and we have more fun than you can imagine. I receive fabulous post cards, amazing stories, incredible documents, fantastic scholarship–my blog has become a gathering place for the most amazing items, all coming from my new friends who live all over the world. Among these wonderful people, I met a contributor who also wrote her blog. She encouraged me when I first started to put my blog together; she was very helpful. I had never met her, but I felt like I knew Fay like any of my friends at home. Today, as I was checking out one Portobello stall after another, I was standing next to a lady who looked very familiar to me. Suddenly, I realized that the lady whom I was wondering about was my blogger friend. I introduced myself, and it was one of the most amazing, wonderful moments. It just shows us how wonderful life is when we join together in a good cause. What a wonderful moment! Meet my friend Fay, a fellow “London” blogger.
How fabulous!
