Last summer, I visited the Abbey Road Studios and enjoyed talking to all the fans who had come to see the THIS IS THE PLACE MONUMENT for the Beatles. I crossed the street and did all the customary Beatles activities. While I was at Abbey Road, a gentleman said that he had been to the British Museum and had seen the Beatles memorabilia and thought I would enjoy it. I went to the British Museum and was thrilled. Unfortunately, no photos allowed. This was my era, so I knew these songs well. When I saw this article, I decided to post it for my readers who might connect the Beatles to the British Museum. Really exciting stuff.
