On a website that I read, it reports that a 110-carat, THE CULLINAN YELLOW ASSCHER-CUT DIAMOND came into the Royal Collection in 1907, during the reign of Edward VII.
I have never heard of this diamond, and I have read many publications about the jewels which were once in the Royal Collection or are still part of Queen’s jewels.
Does anyone know about this diamond. Enlighten me, please.
Thanks so much.

Several contributors have been working on the identify of the people in this group shop, taken in the Red Drawing Room at Windsor Castle. We have the people on the left side of the photograph well identified, but the individuals on the right side are still unknown. I am posting the full image and then a second image which I found this late evening. I think it identifies two of the ladies on the right. In the end, we may have to send the photograph to the Round Tower at Windsor Castle for the final word, but let’s keep trying.
We now know who the Queen of Portugal is. And we know the Queen of Spain is standing behind the Queen of Portugal. So let’s keep working on this photograph. These two images were obviously taken at the same time.
PUT ON YOUR “TELESCOPE.” LOOK WHAT JUST CAME TO ME:

I have had 21 emails in less than an hour. I am referring to the little suspended bucket which since Tudor times was the symbol that the bridge was under construction to ships passing under. Incredible detail, actually.
