IT IS SUNDAY EVENING, AND THAT MEANS “DOWNTON ABBEY” –A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN PALM SPRINGS
We have figured out the television so we are assured that we will not miss the final episode of “Downton Abbey.” The plot is moving swiftly these days. Today is the Sabbath for our family when we enjoy a few hours with our own people; but after, Stephanie and I spent the day admiring our Palm Springs setting. We are eager for DOWNTON ABBEY, but we couldn’t spend all day frozen to the television. So, we enjoyed ourselves. I might add that our pizza and Mediterranean linguini were superb! The sun sets quickly behind these mountains, and the temperatures drop dramatically. But what a spectacular place to warm up from a cold London and a Rocky Mountains winter. We are grateful, believe me.
