Mrs. Moore and I left London for New York this morning. We had such a great experience I thought I would post my comments. We left Heathrow very early and arrived in New York at 12:30 mid-day. The plane was in perfect condition, and the staff on the plane were outstanding. There was a friendliness often absent in some of the large American airline companies. The meal tasted like real food, and there was no feeling that you are bothering the stewards if you water or other drinks. There was good space between rows compared to the Delta flights I take where they often ask for additional funds for another seat with a bit more leg room–A Delta gimmick! When I arrived at our hotel, I said to myself that this was the best flight back to the States in years. If you are flying from the East Coast, I would certainly recommend AER LINGUS.
